Dishonourable Mention: Darren Joseph Fagen

Fagen, convicted on previous theft, weapons and sexual assault charges, killed himself in jail while awaiting trial on new kidnapping and sexual assault charges in St. Johns, Newfoundland on 5 February 2008.
